What’s Next: Bettman Consulting Group

This past year has been a doozy, hasn’t it? For me, it forced deep reflection about what I accomplished at Constellation Brands, how I want to be of service in the world going forward, & my role as a white woman in the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) space. With that reflection, what’s next became crystal clear…to create Bettman Consulting Group, LLC.

Leaders are aware of DEI & many feel compelled to act but don’t know how to start. Bettman Consulting Group strives to address this very specific & vulnerable time for an organization through high-touch support that creates a solid foundation for DEI. We provide executive & team coaching, workshops, & advisory support so that leaders can effectively lead their DEI agenda.

My voice is one of many in this essential conversation. I have found that sharing my journey of learning about bias, privilege, racism, & striving to be better, helps to bring others along on their own journey towards being inclusive leaders. So that’s what I’ll do.

With this new adventure, I bring together decades of leadership development, coaching, & team development experience. It is humbling & challenging work, but I look forward to the challenge.
